oooookaaay.....well it's been two years and a bit since my last post. And believe me A LOT can change in two years, and it has!
As predicted I moved to Scotland, though not as originally planned. Mr.Scotland and I got married Feb 2007! There's some unfinished business left in the States. For those of you who know me, you know what it is. For those who don't sorry I've vowed to keep as little of my private life as possible exposed publically on the internet. So, apart from that I'm living my Fairy Tale turned reality in Scotland :D It's pretty great, the culture shock has been minimal, but memorable. I'm getting ready to celebrate my second Guy Fawkes Night this evening. A national holiday where they set off fire works and have bonfires in memory of a guy (no pun intended) who tried to blow up the House of Lords, but failed miserably. I'm alos happy to be setting off fire works today as I've just learned this morning that Mr. Barack Obama has won the presidency election in the US, making me feel remarkably patriotic toward my home country; something I haven't felt in YEARS!
As for school, I'm unfortunately considered an international student until I've lived here for 3 years, so I'm taking a break; useful for getting the rest of my life in order, and plan to go to University once I'm a resident;because they go to uni for FREE!!! :D So I've not given up, and I WILL have my degree before my children do!
That's pretty much it for now.

SO.... Scotland what INCREDIBLE!!!! I had such a great time, and Mr. Scotland has turned out to be Mr. OH SOOOO VERY PURRRRRFECT FOR ME!! I can't believe how well I get on with him! I can definately say, with a HUGE blush, that I'm quite smitten. (and among closer friends as well as him I have been known to use a word that starts with an L) Of course this isn't a perfect fairy tale yet, even though he's certainly my kinght in shining armour. He lives there... I live here.... :( We're like 4000 miles apart :'( But there's a silver lining to this cloud :D He's coming to visit this winter, and I hope to visit again next summer. AND, if things go right I'll be moving there next year cause I got accepted to the university!!!!!! :D {sigh} in the mean time, I'm still going to school hear, and trying to get life organized. I miss him dearly, but we chat for a bit every day. Thanks to the supreme glory of the internet!! See me while you can, cause I'm moving to Scotland! :D Oh, want pics? Follow ME!

Ok, so yeah, you've heard this before somewhere I'm sure. At least I hope so, because if not then I really am living in a Fairy Tale! I met this INCREDIBLE guy, online of course. Which would normally have all my alarm bells going off, and believe me they did at first. Somehow, my fears have been put to rest however. In 2 weeks I am getting on my first plane and leaving the country for the first time (not counting Canada) to meet this guy. And the really awsome part, not that I expected him to do this, is that he payed for my entire trip! Jealous yet? I don't blame you, but remember this could be a Fairy Tale, and is probably a dangerous risk.... So, the icing on the cake: Depending on how this trip goes, I am considering transfering to a University there for my masters/PH.D and might even transfer for my undergrad stuff as well. So, in short, I might move to Scotland next year! Whoo hoo me
